Pharmacological action:

Deltamethrin is a synthetic pyrethroid that has a strong insectocaricidal and repellent effect, it is an effective remedy against itching mites (Psoroptes, Sarcopies), ixoid mites (Boophilus, Haemaphis alts, Hyalomma, Ixodes, Rhipicephalus), blood-sucking insects, including bedbugs (Pangonius, Heptatoma) , Tabanus, Hybomitra, Atylotus), bora flies (HypodermaOestrus, Rhinoestrus, Cephenomia), mosquitoes (Aedes, Culex, Culiseta, Anopheles, Mansonia, Uranotaenia, Orthopodomyia), flies (Simuliidae), leeches (Melophagus ovinus) and zoophilous flies (Haematobia irritans, Haematobia stimulans, Wohlfahrtia magnifica, Lype rosia titilans, Lyperosia irritans).

The mechanism of action of deltamethrin is based on blocking the neuromuscular transmission of nerve impulses at the level of peripheral nerve nodes, which leads to uncontrolled activity of the central nervous system and the death of ectoparasites.

Indications:

It is used as a wash or spray solution for the prevention and treatment of ectoparasitic infestations of cattle, goats, sheep and pigs (mange mite, louse, biting fly and sheep flea).

Methods of use:

Treatment of parasites by means of a spray

Precautions during bathing treatment

Bathing treatment is carried out in dry, cool weather. The duration of the procedure should not exceed 30-40 seconds. After leaving the pool, the animal is kept on a special platform for 10-15 minutes to collect the emulsion.

Frequency of treatment:

Moony mites: two treatments at 10 day intervals for moony mites.

Lice: a single treatment is sufficient.

Ticks and flies: the first two-time treatment will be carried out with an interval of 15 days, the next interval depends on the re-infestation.

Flying insects: Treatment usually provides protection for 6 to 8 weeks.

Dilution for washes and sprays: read the instructions provided.

Precautions while using:

Do not eat, drink or smoke directly while using the product.

Wash your hands after finishing work.

Avoid contact with skin, eyes and mucous membranes.

Wear gloves, coveralls or long-sleeved uniforms and a head covering when applying the product or handling recently treated animals.

Change contaminated clothing and wash before reuse.

In case of skin contact, wash exposed parts thoroughly with soap and water.

In case of eye or mucous membrane contact, rinse immediately with plenty of water.

People with known hypersensitivity to the product or any of its components should avoid contact with the product. If you feel unwell after using the product, consult your doctor immediately.

In case of accidental ingestion, immediately rinse the mouth with water and consult a doctor.

Contraindications

Do not use in case of known hypersensitivity to the active substance or any of the excipients.

Do not use in animals with extensive skin lesions.

Minor signs of discomfort within 48 hours of treatment.

The product is dangerous for bees. Avoid use around bees. Spray liquid away from aquaculture and do not wash spray equipment in ponds.
