Description:
A homogeneous mass of various shades of gray to brown with a specific smell, placed in a polymer container - 20 g.
Composition:
100 grams of the drug contains the following active substances:
zinc oxide - 10 g.;
Sulfur - 10 gr.
Excipients: salicylic acid, birch tar, turpentine, lanolin, lysol, petroleum jelly, veterinary petroleum jelly.

The drug has fungicidal properties against the following pathogens - Trichophyton, Microsporum canis, Epidermophyton floccosum, bactericidal effect on the following microbes - Streptococcus spp., Stphylococcus spp., Brucella spp., E. coli, Salmonella spp., Pasteurella, Proteus spp. and Pseudomonas.spp., Corynebacterium as well as anti-inflammatory properties.
Zinc oxide has astringent, adsorptive, antiseptic action, reduces exudative processes. Forms albuminates and causes protein denaturation. when applied to the damaged surface of the skin, it reduces exudative processes, relieves local manifestations of inflammation and irritation; It has an adsorptive effect, creates a protective layer on the skin, which reduces the impact of irritating factors on it.
Sulfur has keratolytic and antiparasitic action. When applied to the skin and mucous membranes, it has an irritating effect, it is transformed into hydrogen sulfide and sulfuric anhydride, which are characterized by antiparasitic action.

Indications:
Locally with therapeutic measures in the complex for the treatment of animals. Treatment of eczema, dermatitis and other skin diseases in animals, necrobacteriosis and putrefactive lesions of the hoof in sheep, sarcoptosis, otodectosis, cnemidocoptosis in birds caused by dermatophytes, yeast-like fungi of Candida species, various lichen (Pityrosporum orbiculare).
Dosage:
For external use. Ointment is applied by gentle rubbing on the damaged skin and around it in a radius of 2-4 centimeters. Fur, foreign bodies, exudate and necrotic tissue should be removed from the area before use. The affected areas are treated 1-2 times a day for 4-5 days. If after 4-5 days the skin does not dry up, the use of the ointment should be continued. 7-10 days after the start of the treatment, the final shedding of the scales will occur in the affected area and the growth of fur will be noticed.
