General Overview
“Tati Card” hereinafter referred to as the Card, is a product created by Invet LLC to increase customer loyalty. Purchases made in the Invet stores are recorded through a plastic card and bonus points are accumulated - “Tats”. The card holder can receive discounts and/or exchange “Tats” for Invet products.
1.1 The card is issued from Invet stores.
1.2 Any person who is of legal age under Georgian law and presents an identity document containing: name, surname, personal identification number, date of birth. It is also necessary to present the user’s mobile phone number.
1.3 The card is issued for purchases made in Invet stores that are equal to or exceed 30 GEL. Except for the exceptions specified in these Regulations, the corresponding Tats of which will be credited to the card. The issued card is activated on the next business day.
1.4 If the conditions of paragraphs 1.2 and 1.3 are met, an employee of Invet LLC will register and activate the plastic card in the electronic program.
1.5 By signing the registration form, the user confirms the accuracy of his/her personal data and agrees to receive any messages (including advertising) via the specified contact means (telephone, e-mail).
2.1 The card is valid for an indefinite period.
2.2 The card is the property of Invet LLC.
2.3 The card can be used for any purchase made in the Invet stores, with certain exceptions.
2.4 In order to charge points to the card, the user must have the card with him when making a purchase.
2.5 Points are calculated according to the following principle - a purchase of 100 GEL means 100 points. The purchase of a product using accumulated points is carried out according to the following principle: 100 points are equal to 1 GEL.
2.6 Accumulated points are recorded by Invet LLC.
2.7 Accumulated points are reflected on the card.
2.8 Points are accumulated in all Invet LLC stores in the same way, unless there is an additional promotion in any store, the time and conditions of which are determined by Invet LLC.
2.9 Points accumulated on the card must be used by December 31st of each calendar year. On December 31st of each calendar year, the points on the card are canceled.
3.1 The card will be canceled and the points accumulated on the card will be canceled if no transaction is recorded on it for at least 2 years from the last visit.
3.2 The card will be blocked and the points accumulated on it will be canceled if the monitoring service detects unauthorized and/or illegal use of the card.
3.3 To recover a lost or damaged card, the cardholder must fill out a special application at any branch of Invet LLC.
4.1 Points will not be credited to the card when requesting a bill of lading (document that lists the goods) for purchased products.
4.2 While using various discounts/promotions, users can not accumulate points to their card.
4.3 Points credited to the card are not reflected instantly if there is any technical problem, in such cases the points will be reflected in the account within 3 business days.
4.4 The conditions established by these rules may be changed by Invet LLC, which will be mandatory for users involved in the card project.
4.5 The accumulation system does not apply to products manufactured by Invet Feed LLC.
