Vaccine for the active immunization of chickens against infectious Bronchitis

 

 

 

Composition:

CevaC® iBird contains a Live, attenuated infectious bronchitis (IB) virus, strain 1/96.

 

 

 

Indication:

For the active immunization of broiler chickens, and future layer chickens in order to reduce the detrimental effect on ciliary activity resulting from the infection, which may be manifested by respiratory clinical signs. Protection was demonstrated by challenge with the 793/B strain, which is a representative strain of the 793/B group. Onset of immunity is 3 weeks after one administration of the vaccine. Duration of immunity is 6 weeks after the first vaccination. Broilers: One dose of the vaccine should be administered by nebulisation with coarse spray from 1 day of age. Older chickens can also be vaccinated by coarse spray. Breeders and Layers: One dose of the vaccine should be administered by drinking water from 10 daysofage. Inordertomaintainimmunity, chickensmayberevaccinatedevery 3 weeks. However, do not use for birds in lay nor 4 weeks before the onset of the laying period.

 

Broiler:

It is hatched in the incubator at the age of 1 day by means of a spray. We can also use the vaccine at an older age by means of a spray. By instilling in the eyes or diluting in drinking water.

 

Maternal and egg-laying:

The first vaccination should be given before 10 days of age. It is possible to drop into the eyes, spray or use with water method, in order to maintain immunity, the chicken can be vaccinated repeatedly every 3 months. Warning: Use only in healthy birds. Release form: vials of 1000, 2500, 5000, 10,000 doses

 

 

Storage:

Store in a dark place, at a temperature of + 2°C - + 8°C.
