Biocillin - 150 LA
Injectable antibiotic - For veterinary use only
Injection suspension 100 ml

Composition:
Each ml contains:
Amoxicillin (trihydrate) ................................................................................................ 150 mg.

Target species:
Calves, equine cattle, goats, sheep and pigs.

Indications:
Infections of the gastrointestinal tract, respiratory tract and urinary tract caused by amoxicillin-sensitive microorganisms such as Campylobacter spp, Clostridium spp, Corynebacterium spp, E. coli, Erysipelothrix spp, Haemophilus spp, Pasteurella spp, Salmonella spp.

Dosage:
For intramuscular or subcutaneous administration, shake well before use. Generally 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight. If necessary, this dose can be repeated after 48 hours. At one injection site, no more than 20 ml should be administered in cattle, more than 10 ml in pigs and more than 5 ml in calves, sheep and goats.

Contraindications:

Hypersensitivity to amoxicillin.

Use in animals with serious renal impairment.

Simultaneous administration of tetracyclines, chloramphenicol, macrolides and lincosamides.

Side effects:

Hypersensitivity reactions.

Withdrawal period:
- Meat: 21 days;
- Milk: 3 days.
Not for use in sheep and goats producing milk for human consumption.

Storage conditions:
Biocillin-150 LA is stored for 3 years, protected from light at 8-15 °C.

After opening, Biocillin-150 LA is suitable for 2 weeks if stored at 2-8 °C, protected from light.

Warnings:
Keep out of reach of children!

Shake well before use and do not inject more than 20 ml into cattle, more than 10 ml into pigs and more than 5 ml into calves, sheep and goats at one injection site.

Due to possible sensitization and contact dermatitis, direct contact with the skin should be avoided during use.
