Qualitative and quantitative composition of the active substance:

One dose (0.03 ml) contains:

Attenuated live infectious bronchitis virus, strain H120: 103 – 105.4 EID50

Target poultry:

Domestic poultry (broilers, laying hens and broodstock).

Indications:

For the prevention of infectious bronchitis in poultry.

Method of use and dosage:

Poultry: 1 dose / bird.

The veterinarian establishes a suitable vaccination program according to the health status of each farm and area.

Advice on correct use:

Ocular-nasal: Mix the diluent before use and shake gently until the lyophilized mass is completely dissolved. Apply one drop of vaccine (0.03 ml) per bird, in the eye or nostril, using the pipette provided (30 ml for a 1000 mg dose).

Drinking water: Dissolve the lyophilized powder and fill the vial, which should be half full of tap water (do not use chlorinated water or water with disinfectants and avoid high temperatures in the relevant equipment), shake and pour it into a suitable container up to the volume of drinking water that can be administered (used) in 1/2 or 1 hour, taking into account the following:

                              4 to 9 weeks                                          12-23 liters

                             10 to 16 weeks                                        27-37 liters

Spray: Check the appropriate device to be used to check the appropriate amount of water, as it depends entirely on the type of device and the size of the droplet it produces. To do this, one day before vaccination, fill the device with clean running water and spray the birds so that all their heads are wet with a drop of water. Check the amount of water used and this will be the volume to be mixed and used in the required doses, depending on the number of birds to be vaccinated. The following volumes are approximate:

Special precautions:

Use the vaccine only to vaccinate healthy birds.

If the number of birds does not match the number of doses in the available vials, never use less than the recommended dose.

Check the shelf life of the product.

Do not store the vaccine near disinfectants and detergents, protect from direct sunlight, as Bronipra is sensitive to them. Do not dilute the lyophilized fraction in water at high temperatures.

Special precautions for the person administering the veterinary medicinal product:

When using the spray, wear a protective mask and goggles.

Overdose:

There are no cases of using 10 times the recommended dose.

Incompatibility:

Do not mix with any other veterinary medicinal product.

10 vials of solvent for 1000 doses per pack.

Not all pack sizes may be marketed.

Storage conditions:

Store and transport in a refrigerator (2C-8C). Do not freeze. Protect from light. Use immediately after opening.
