For the active immunization of chickens against infectious Bursal disease

Composition:

Cevac® Gumbo L contains the LIBDV intermediate strain of Infectious Bursal Disease virus in live, freeze-dried form.

Indications:

For the active immunization of healthy chickens against Infectious Bursal Disease (Gumboro Disease).

Administration and dosage:

The vaccine should be given with drinking water. The broiler should be vaccinated from 14 to 21 days of life (depending on the antibodies delivered from the mother). In case of heterogeneity in antibody levels obtained from the mother, if the chicks or broiler breeder team is not vaccinated, it is recommended to have the first vaccination at 7-10 days of age. Drinking Water Immunization Method: Do not use a disinfectant in drinking water 24-48 hours before vaccination or after vaccination. Vaccines should be thoroughly cleaned prior to vaccination. Close the water supply system, remove and discharge irrigation water. The water restriction period varies depending on the age of the bird and the environmental conditions (30 minutes on average). Prepare only the required amount of vaccine that the bird will absorb within 2 hours. The quantity is determined by climatic and environmental conditions.

Special instructions:

Vaccine should be given at a cool day: unused or remaining vaccine should be disposed of as prescribed.

Storage:

- Store vaccine between +2°C and +8°C or 35°F and 45°F.
