Characterization:
Mucorene is a granular microbial milk coagulation enzyme-specific fungus Rhizomucor miehei strain that has been successfully used for the production of a wide range of cheeses.
Dosage:
1 gr. crosses - 80 - 100 l. milk
Depending on the composition of milk (PH level, calcium content, etc.).
Allergens:
Peanuts, milk and milk products, sesame seeds, eggs, fish, beans, grains containing gluten, sulfites and sulfur dioxide - are not fixed either in the production or in the production line.
Antibiotic activity:
negative.
Release form:
1 g, 100 and 500 g package.
Storage conditions:
Store in a cool and dry place. After opening, store in a refrigerator (0°C - 10°C).
