By consenting to the present form for data processing for direct marketing purposes, I, the data subject, grant Investi LLC (Registered No.: 404387481; Legal Address: Georgia, Tbilisi, Didube District, Vakhushti Bagrationi Street, No. 84a) the authority to process my personal information for direct marketing purposes.

For direct marketing purposes, the processing of personal data means providing information about news, offers, promotions/discounts planned by Investi LLC (Registered No.: 404387481) by sending a notification to my e-mail address and mobile phone number.

My name, surname, phone number and e-mail address as a data subject are subject to processing for direct marketing purposes.

I am informed that the processing of my personal data for direct marketing purposes is subject to my consent (in writing) in accordance with Article 12 of the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

The consent will be valid and Invest LLC will be able to process my personal data specified above for direct marketing purposes until I withdraw the consent disclosed to the company.

By signing this form, I confirm that my consent to Invest LLC for the processing of my personal data specified above for direct marketing purposes is informed, unambiguous, voluntary and specific.

In addition, I am informed that I can withdraw the consent disclosed to the company by me at any time in the same form in which the direct marketing was carried out and/or by sending a message to [support@invet.com.ge]. In case of withdrawal of your consent to the processing of data for direct marketing purposes, Invest LLC will cease processing your personal data for direct marketing purposes within a reasonable period of time after receiving the relevant request, but no later than 7 business days.

The time and fact of granting consent and withdrawal of consent are recorded and stored by Invest LLC for the duration of the direct marketing and for 1 year after the termination of the direct marketing.
