Definition of Terms

 

The terms used in this document have the following meanings:

 

LLC “Invet” (hereinafter referred to as “we”, “our”, “website”, “company”) - a company established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, Limited Liability Company “Invet”, (registered company number 404387481).

Personal data - any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person. A natural person is identifiable when he or she can be identified, directly or indirectly, including by name, surname, identification number, geolocation data, electronic communication identification data, physical, physiological, mental, psychological, genetic, economic, cultural or social characteristic;

Controller - a natural person, legal entity or public institution which processes data for or on behalf of the controller. A natural person in an employment relationship with the controller is not considered a controller; For the purposes of this document, the authorized person for processing is also considered to be LLC “Invet” (a limited liability company established in accordance with the legislation of Georgia, identification code: 404387481, registered: Georgia, Tbilisi, Vakhushti Bagrationi 84a)

Third party - a natural person, legal entity or public institution, other than the data subject, the personal data protection service, the person responsible for processing, the person authorized for processing, the special representative and the person authorized to process the data under the direct instruction of the person responsible for processing or the person authorized for processing;

Direct marketing - the direct and immediate provision of information to a data subject by telephone, mail, e-mail or other electronic means for the purpose of forming, maintaining, realizing and/or supporting interest in a natural person and/or legal entity, goods, ideas, services, work and/or initiatives, as well as in image and social topics. The provision of information to a natural person by a state institution shall not be considered direct marketing if the provision of this information is compatible with any of the grounds for data processing provided for in Articles 5 and 6 of this Law;

 

Consent

 

Using the website of LLC “Invet” is considered as the user’s consent to the Privacy Policy. Accordingly, the user grants LLC “Invet” the right to process, store and use the personal information provided by the user.

User rights

 

The user has the right to request the following information from Invet LLC about data processing:

 

Which data about the user is processed by Invet LLC;

Purpose of data processing;

Legal basis for data processing;

How the data was collected/obtained;

To whom the data about the user was provided, the basis and purpose of the provision of data (if any);

About the period of data storage or the criteria for determining it;

About the decision made as a result of automated processing, including profiling, and the logic used to make such a decision, as well as its impact on data processing and the expected/likely result of the processing;

Right to access and obtain a copy of the data;

The user has the right to receive the above-mentioned information no later than 10 working days from his request. In exceptional cases and with due justification, this period may be extended by no more than 10 working days, of which the user shall be notified immediately.

 

Given the specifics of the activities of Invet LLC, it informs the user electronically.

 

Within 10 working days from the date of the request by the user, Invet LLC is obliged to correct/update/complete the incorrect/inaccurate/incomplete data(s) about the user or inform the user of the grounds for refusing the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.

 

The user has the right to request Invet LLC to terminate, delete or destroy the processing of data about him (including profiling). Within 10 working days from the date of the request by the user, Invet LLC is obliged to terminate/delete or destroy the existing data about the user or inform the user of the grounds for refusing the request and explain the procedure for appealing it.

 

In the event that: the user disputes the authenticity or accuracy of the data; the data processing is unlawful, although the user opposes their deletion and requests the blocking of the data; The data is no longer necessary for the purpose of their processing, but the user needs them to file a complaint/claim; the user requests the termination, deletion or destruction of the data processing and this request is being considered; there is a need to store the data for the purpose of using it as evidence; the user has the right to request Invet LLC to block the data about him/her. The user has the right to receive information about the decision to block the data or the grounds for refusing to block the data immediately after the decision is made, but no later than 3 (three) business days from the request. In addition to storing the data, they may be otherwise processed by Invet LLC in the following cases: with the user’s consent; to substantiate a legal claim or objection; to protect the interests of Invet LLC or a third party; in accordance with the law, to protect the public interest.

 

In the event that the user consents to the processing of data about him/her for one or more specific purposes and/or the processing of data is necessary for the performance of an obligation under a transaction concluded with the user or for the conclusion of a transaction at the user's request; and/or The user has given written consent to the processing of special categories of data for one or more specific purposes (if any); he is entitled to receive from Invet LLC the data provided by him in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format or to request the transfer of these data to another person responsible for processing.

 

The user has the right not to be subject to a decision made by Invet LLC solely on the basis of automation, including profiling, which produces legal or other significant results concerning him, except in cases where the decision-making based on profiling: is based on the user's explicit consent; is necessary for the conclusion of a contract between the user and Invet LLC or for the performance of a contract; is provided for by law or a subordinate normative act issued within the framework of the powers delegated on the basis of law.

 

The User has the right to withdraw his/her consent to Invet LLC at any time and request the termination of data processing and/or deletion/destruction of the processed data by contacting the Invet LLC support team at the following e-mail address: support@invet.com.ge. In such a case, Invet LLC, in turn, will cancel the User’s personal account within 10 (ten) business days and terminate data processing and/or destroy the processed data, unless there is another basis for data processing. Before withdrawing consent, the User has the right to request and receive information from Invet LLC about the possible consequences of withdrawing consent.

 

The User is entitled to apply to the Personal Data Protection Service or the court in case of violation of the rights provided for by the Law of Georgia “On Personal Data Protection”.

 

User Obligation

 

The User is obliged to provide Invet LLC with complete and correct information about him/her in order to receive the service in the future. This obligation also applies to changes in the information provided by the User.

 

Terms of Use of the Invet LLC Website

 

By using the Invet LLC Website, the User agrees to the storage and processing of his/her personal data and ready-made records (Cookies) by Invet LLC.

 

The User is obliged to provide Invet LLC with complete and correct information and, in case of changes, to update the information provided by him/her.

 

Minor

 

Invet LLC is deprived of the opportunity to verify the accuracy and correctness of the information specified by the User, including the User's age. Who do we share user data with

LLC "Invet" is obliged to record and store the time and fact of granting and withdrawing consent by the user for the duration of direct marketing and for 1 (one) year after the termination of direct marketing.

 

The user's request to terminate direct marketing does not oblige LLC "Invet" to stop providing information about updates and changes.

 

Log files and cookies
